We have big dreams and we want a better future for Kalgoorlie young people

But we need your help and your ears and your voice.

Kalgoorlie Young Leaders need the commitment and dedication of established professionals to support and encourage young people to implement positive change and direction in their lives.

We have created an online pledge to ask you to show your commitment to making a difference in Kalgoorlie by opening doors for us realise our potential.

Whether you are a local resident, you've moved away, or you are a supporter from afar, you can show your support for our Young Leaders.

Now make your voice heard and help us discover ours!

In December 2016, Wongutha Birni hosted a two week leadership and arts holiday program for Kalgoorlie youth to come talk about what they want in their community.

The youth summit was directed by Professor Fiona Stanley and was followed by two weeks of learning, leadership, art, culture and fun.

"You've just got to remember everybody's a human... and maybe you can be the one to help them, you know?"

"And instead of criticising them, why not be just be like, hey what's your problem man?

"Tell me. Let me know. And if you don't want to talk about it right now, alright, I'll wait for you." - Rebecca Stokes
